We are not a private equity firm looking to sell businesses in 3-5 years and we are not a strategic buyer looking to find lots of synergies. We want to spend our time building businesses, working with existing management teams to run their businesses , whilst at the same time helping founders realise their value.

• resilient through the economic cycle;
• flexible cost base; and
• long lived products that have been and likely to be needed for many years to come.
